I first met Tyler four years ago after a bad experience with an absent realtor who had said “houses sell themselves”.
Tyler advised me the market was saturated and to wait, at the same time lined up a property management company and rented out the property.
Then the time was right. He worked with the tenant to get the listing measurements and house ready for the end of the lease. The next day it was listed and sold within the first five hours with seven offers pending.

Beyond literally saving my life (while on a hike, but that’s another story), Tyler is also a really good Realtor. I used to own a real estate law firm, and I helped lots of Tyler’s clients close their transactions. I knew both from my interactions with him, and from what his clients said about him that he was absolutely phenomenal at taking care of people and solving their problems. I recently was working on a private deal of my own and realized I was going to need a Realtors help not with the legal, but with a few business questions about the deal. I called and he came through for me like crazy, even though it was a private deal that he wasn’t going to be getting paid on. I was humbled by how competent he was. Tyler helped us through the scary process of buying a house remotely from the U.S. He is very knowledgeable about the Calgary market which enabled him to quickly help us pinpoint the best locations to explore given our requirements. He remotely walked us through multiple homes using video conferencing.
